This subseries consists of files containing bound copies of the estimates of revenue and expenditure of the province of Prince Edward Island, notes concerning such documents, speeches to the throne given by the Provincial Treasurer regarding the estimates and the budget, notes regarding legislation which affected the budget, and documentation of assistance requested by various municipalities on P.E.I. Several of the files contain statistics on public finance for the period ca. 1925-1952, the municipalities, and employment in the province.
