This subseries consists of documents, created or received by the office of Premier Alex B. Campbell between the years 1966 and 1979, which relate to the activities of Prince Edward Island provincial government departments, crown corporations, agencies, and commissions. Some of the various departments, as indicated on the original file folders, which are mentioned in this sub-series include Agriculture, Agriculture and Forestry, Attorney General, Cultural Affairs, Education, Environment, Finance, Fisheries, Health, Highways, Human Resources, Industry and Commerce, Industry and Natural Resources, Labour, Motor Vehicle Division, Municipal Affairs, Provincial Secretary, Provincial Treasurer, Public Works, Social Services, Tourist Development, Transportation, and Welfare. Commissions include the following: Centennial Commission; Civil Service Commission; and Liquor Control Commission.
