This fonds consists of a plan containing a drawing of the Rustico Harbour and the proposed breakwater as well as drawings of several sections and elevations of the breakwater. Scale on the elevations and sections is 8'= 1". The plan is signed and dated 14/9/94 by Eugene D. Lafleur. It is also marked Ottawa, 22 December 1903.
From about 1880 to 1910 Public Works Canada was involved in an extensive program of renovations and improvements to existing harbour structures in Prince Edward Island.
