This subseries contains one photograph album (ca. 1930s-1960) consisting of images of Erica Rutherford's childhood and young
adulthood, her time on the HMS "Conway" as a young man, and her home "Missions End" in South Africa. Some of the images in the
album have been identified. The subseries also includes one file of black and white self-portrait photographs showing Erica modeling
women's clothing (1977-1978). Some of these images later became inspiration for her artwork. Also included is a file of undated interior and exterior photographs of Erica's home "Missions End" in South Africa, as well as a file of black and white negatives and contact sheets. Some of the negatives have been identified.
