This series consists of files detailing the names and service dates of many provincial presidents, branch presidents, provincial executive officers, and zone commanders, as well as information relating to nominations for the role of Honorary President. Also included is an honors and awards booklet for the period 1965-2002 that lists certificates of merit, recipients of the Diamond Jubilee and Golden Anniversary medals, life membership awards, acknowledgements of meritorious service, charter members, and those receiving Past President and Past Officer medals.
