The fonds consists of a copy of "Our first twenty years : a history of the Ladies Aid - Community Hospital O'Leary, P.E.I." which was compiled by Mary Matthews. The history is four typed pages in length and includes a list of the presidents to 1978. Also included are three volumes of minutes dating 1956-1964, 1965-1977, and 1978-1988. The minutes contain details as to fund raising activities, the amounts raised, and decisions as to the purchase of materials, furnishings, and equipment. The fonds also contains annual financial reports as well as the roll call of officers and members for each year.
