Friends of Lower Bedeque School
Biographical history
The Friends of Lower Bedeque School is a volunteer group organized to maintain and operate a small museum in the old school building in Lower Bedeque, Prince Edward Island. Records of other community institutions have also been turned over to this group.
Custodial history
These records were found in the attic of the home of Horace Wright Senior in Lower Bedeque. Mr. Wright was Secretary of the Trustees of the Lower Bedeque school and of the Lower Bedeque Hall Company. The records were turned over to the Friends of Lower Bedeque School by Mr. Wright's grandson John and his wife Charlotte.

The fonds consists of minutes and other records of the Lower Bedeque School and the Lower Bedeque Hall arranged in two series as follows:
