Fred Clark was a resident of the Mayfield/Cavendish area of Prince Edward Island in 1950.

The fonds consists of one letter written by Fred Clark to Elton and Mattie Robertson which contains information about the families living in the Cavendish/Mayfield area in 1950. It is mostly concerned with the changes in ownership and occupation of the properties but does mention the advent of street lights, the new church and manse, the growth of hotels and cottages in the area, and the golf course.
