This series consists of 9 reel to reel audio tapes which explain the merits and goals of the government's comprehensive development plan which was devised in the late 1960s (signed in 1969) and implemented in the 1970s. The plan sought to restructure the social and economic framework of government provided services. The tapes are interviews primarily with persons working in connection with the planning process. Three of the tapes are the audio portion of a television program produced by the Department of Development in order to present the plan to a general audience.
