This subseries consists of one volume entitled "Blotter to Court Book, Commissioners Court, 1870 - Georgetown". The initials B. McG. Also appear on the cover and refer to the Clerk of the Court at that time, Boswell Mcgonnall. The first few pages of this volume record the accounts of the Joseph R. Macdonald and James E. Macdonald, Trustees of the Estate of Alex. J. Macdonald vs. various debtors followed by a docket list of for the December Court of 1872. The remainder of the volume contains an account of the daily occurrences of the court and includes the date, the names of the plaintiff(s) and defendant(s), the amount owing, and the name of the bailiff's.
