The series is comprised of 47 project files containing elevations, cross sections, floor plans, details, etc. for banks, stores, factories, warehouses, hotels etc. in Charlottetown, Summerside, Tea Hill, Sydney, NS and the Magdalen Islands. Also included are plans for a fox ranch, machine shop and stables as well as the Alberton railway station. The project files are arranged alphabetically by the name of the enterprise.
