This series consists of two photograph albums of photographs taken or collected by Verna Darrach during her tour of duty as a Nursing Sister during World War II in England, France, Holland and Germany. These include some images of field activities as well as of recreational activities and of individuals and groups. Few are identified but among those which are are photographs of Mesnieres-en-bra Chateau, Hospital Headquarters of the 21st Canadian General Army in France, Hilversum, Holland, the Canadian Cemetery at Dieppe and the Vimy Monument.
