History
William Wilfred Sullivan was born at New London, Prince Edward Island, on 6 December 1843. He was admitted to the bar of Prince Edward Island in 1867 and appointed Q.C. in 1876. He won a seat in the Legislature in 1872 and served as Premier from 1879-1889. He was also Chief Justice of Prince Edward Island from 1889 to 1917. He passed away on 30 September 1920 in Memramcook, New Brunswick
