Members of the commission included: Hon. Robert C. Schurman, Chairman; R. Irwin Jenkins, Executive Director; A. E. Ings; G. A. MacDonald; Col. R. Roy Sturgess; John Butler; Mrs. Louie Marchbank; J. Charles Hogan; Dr. J. A. Dorion; Frederick Hyndman; Miss Mary Frances Smith; Daniel J. Compton; Hon. Bruce L. Stewart; G. Lorne Monkley; Senator M. Lorne Bonnell; and Mrs. Catherine Hennessey.
