This subseries consists of 10 indexes to the minute books. They are organized alphabetically by name or subject with the corresponding page number given and are stored inside the front or back covers of the corresponding minute book. The index books have been microfilmed with the minute books with the exception of the index for 1851-1853. The final index in this series (1901-1938) selectively indexes proclamations, statutes, administrations, holidays, regulations, designations and federal. It primarily contains regulations from 1910 to 1938.
