The fonds consists of one minute book of the Charlottetown Lawn Tennis Club from 14 May 1889 to 17 December 1957. It contains minutes on annual and executive meetings recording changes in executive, financial status, and activities of the various committees such as the Tea, Dance, Provincial Tournament, and Grounds Committees. Renovations to courts and the club house are recorded along with changes in the constitution and membership fees and requirements. Interleaved or pasted into the volume are programs for tournaments or entertainments sponsored by the club as well as several newspaper articles about club activities.
