The series consists of minutes of the regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of Zion Presbyterian Church. There are two gaps in the records between May 1935 and May 1939 and between March 1974 and January 1978. These records also contain minutes of annual and other congregational meetings, minutes of Joint Meetings of Session and The Board of Trustees and of special committees. They also contain financial statements and information concerning the financial activities of the Church.
