In 2017 golfing continues to be a popular sport for Islanders and a draw for many visitors.
Original Charlottetown Camera Club 1967 description:
"Air view of the eighteenth hole at the Belvedere Gold Club. The 'Charlottetown Golf Club' was formed in 1893 with Justice Fitzgerald, President, and Dr E. S. Blanchard, Secretary-Treasurer. The Links were part of the Belvedere property owned by the Beazeley Estate near Falconwood and leased to the Club.
