The long standing tradition of St. Patrick's Day concerts and plays still continue today in some Island communities. This production of "The Irish Attorney" was staged to large crowds on March 17 and 18, 1924 by the Charlottetown Dramatic Club under the direction of J. Austin "Austie" Trainor (back row, centre) at the Prince Edward Theatre. The production was sponsored by the Benevolent Irish Society and also included a musical program.
