Residence of the Newbery family. This building had formerly been a cooper''s shop located on Connolly West Wharf or Paoli's Wharf, the current site of the Queen Charlotte Armoury. Owen Connolly had the building moved to its present location and renovated into two apartments during the period 1887-1890. Arthur Newbury and family lived there for close to 40 years.
