A gathering of PEI COPC members and research partners at AAFC, OACC, Perennia, ACORN and Dal AC; in addition to current on-farm cooperators, to share their 2016 project results and experience.

The principal goal for the day is to establish firm commitments from all participants to advance specific research objectives and projects in 2017.

The proposed agenda for the day:

• present a scan of current research underway across the province and regionally (with the intention of creating context and helping to inform subsequent discussions throughout the course of the day)
• present information re: the COPC on-farm research program - experiences, learning, observations
• break-outs with producers to identify and potentially develop/ design ideas for ongoing or novel research projects
