An annual celebration of the Island’s organic abundance; featuring local organic farmers and the healthy meats, vegetables, fruits, grains and spirits they carefully produce each season. This year the event is hosted by local historian and storyteller Alan Buchanan and entertainment is provided by Salt Licks, a local jazz quartet.
Local organic ambassador, Chef Ilona Daniel will be working with the team at the Confederation Centre of the Arts, Chefs Miguel Cervantes and Kathy Stewart to create an unforgettable culinary experience.
